What food and litter are your kittens currently using?
Our kittens use Tractor Supply’ brand of Pelletized Bedding for litter. They are eating a homemade diet fed raw or cooked, consisting of fresh muscle meats, organs, bone, oils, and supplements. You can easily transition them to a new type of litter or wet food.

Are males more affectionate than females?
People say males are more affectionate than females as a general rule of thumb, but we’ve found that doesn’t really apply to Ragdolls. In our experience, both males and females are equally sweet, loving, and people-oriented, and we haven’t noticed a difference in affection between the two.

Do Ragdolls shed or require a lot of grooming?
Ragdolls have a soft, silky, medium to long coat that does shed and will require grooming at least twice a week.

Are Ragdolls hypoallergenic?
No, Ragdolls are not hypoallergenic. Some people say they produce less dander than other breeds, but it is not significant enough for an allergic person to not have a reaction.

Do you offer support after we take our kitten home?
Absolutely! We’re always here to answer questions and provide guidance, even long after your kitten has gone home. We love staying in touch with our kitten families- even if it’s just to receive updates and photos.

Will my kitten come litter trained?
Yes, your kitten will already be fully litter trained on the pellets that they are familiar with. If you plan on switching to a different type of litter, there may be a short transition period where your kitten will learn to recognize the new type of litter as their bathroom space.

Do Ragdolls need a companion?
Ragdolls are very social and often thrive with another cat in the home. While they might do fine in a family that gives them lots of attention, we do recommend considering a companion. Ragdolls can easily become depressed without a friend. While a feline friend would be best, a friendly dog can also be a great friend.

Do you offer a discount for adopting two kittens?
Yes, we offer $200 off the second kitten, even if your first adoption from us was at a different time.

How big will my Ragdoll get?
Ragdolls are one of the largest domestic cat breeds. Males typically weigh between 15–20 lbs, and females between 10–15 lbs when fully grown. Ragdolls will grow up until 4 years of age. They will get bigger, fluffier, and their color will darken over that time.

Do you sell kittens with Breeding Rights to catteries?
Very rarely, and only to approved, established, and ethical catteries registered with TICA and/or CFA. Read more about our kittens with Breeding Rights here.
